Does it replace WhatsApp? +
No. HELM connects to your WhatsApp Business number (or SMS or iMessage). Customers text you exactly like they do today, you just see HELM's drafted replies instead of doing the typing yourself.
Does my customer know it's AI? +
If they ask directly, HELM tells them. Most customers never ask , the replies sound like you because they're trained on your tone. You can also tell customers up-front if you prefer.
What if the AI gets it wrong? +
In the first 14 days, HELM drafts replies and asks you to approve before sending. After that, you choose how much to hand over. You can take over any conversation at any time, even mid-message.
Does it cost per message? +
Each tier includes its channel(s) in the headline price. There may be tiny per-message network fees on top (pennies per chat for WhatsApp, a few pence per SMS), all at provider cost, no markup. For most small businesses that's a couple of pounds a month total.
Do I need to set up the messaging channels myself? +
No. We handle the WhatsApp / SMS / iMessage setup for you as part of onboarding. You give us a phone number for HELM to send from, we wire the rest in the background. Usually live the same working day.
What happens to my data if I leave? +
It's yours. Export everything as CSV from the dashboard. We delete our copy 30 days after cancellation. We never sell customer data and never train shared AI models on your messages.
Can I trial it without giving you a card? +
Yes. 14 days free, no card. You add a card before day 14 if you want to keep going. If you don't, the account pauses gracefully, your customers still see normal replies until you decide.
